SpO2 data not working in Health metrics

On health metrics, it says to download the SPO2 tracker app. Howerver, no matter how many times I install it and reinstall it, it never works, just keeps saying to install the SPO2 tracker app. Very annoying

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @PhilippeR.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend following the instructions from this help article: How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hi LilyaFitbit

I am having the same issue with a Fitbit Sense as "PhilippeR"

I am using the "SpO2 Sundial" or "SpO2 Analog" face and have the SpO2 app installed.

The Fitbit App on the Android >  Health Metrics > Oxygen saturation (SpO2) has that I need to "install a Clock Face or SPO2 Tracker App"

If I read "How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? " it has an "or"

Extract: "To collect SpO2 data, install an SpO2 clock face (available on Ionic, Sense, and Versa series) or the SpO2 app (available on Sense and Versa 3)."

Troubleshooting

If I uninstall the SpO2 App from the watch, I get no readings on the "SpO2 Sundial" Face and "SpO2 Analog" face says "Install SPO2 App"

If I reinstall the SpO2 App on the Watch, I get last nights reading on both watch faces, though the App on my Android phone still has "install a Clock Face or SPO2 Tracker App".

Something not working.

I did get the new firmware 44.128.5.38, a few weeks back.

What are the next steps ?

Please advise if you need more information.

Same problem. Noticed a day or two ago that the chart is missing and says to install the SpO2 clock face which I’ve had for a long while and haven’t changed.

Me too. I’ve had this Fitbit for a for a few weeks and SPO2 was working fine until a few days ago. Some other health metrics are now showing no data for last night.

I would like it when you would stop this nonsens. Look in thé Community and there are many complains on this subject. Everything is installed and re-installed. But the Spo2 graphes suddenly dont show up anymore. Although thé value is visible in the watch face. Since Sunday  the BR value is missing. In the health statistics. Its about time to fix the app and not to tell people to re-install and to reset the watch and go back to factory settings. This moment a premium account is waste of money

LiliyaFitbit,

This morning I checked the App and it is displaying

There are no results from the 12-19th July.

This is is one for the 20th July

Nothing for this morning, though that may take some time.
