Speed walking in my sleep...

Not sure how it can track my walk and register me as sleeping at the same time but it happens everyday. Normally I just delete the sleep but I decided to start keeping it there.

Clearly Fitbit has some kinks to work out with the way they track data.

Thanks @AlejandraFitbit!

My Charge was in my purse... which was in the car. It's hot down here in Louisiana. My guess is the heat combined with the lack of movement, made the Charge think I was sleeping (even though my Zip was tracking me walking). You say "when you use multiple trackers, we combine their data," but that's clearly not the case. You can't be "combining data" if you have me walking and sleeping at the very same time.

I leave my Charge at home now. Since doing that, the app is no longer tracking me as sleeping when I'm clearly walking.

It's great to see you around @NoLady and thanks for the attached images. It's weird to hear that your tracker is tracking your exercise as sleep too. I recommend restarting your Fitbit and test it. If this procedure doesn't work, feel free to contact our support team since they have the proper tools to see what's your tracker registering. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
