Steps added after sync

11,000 steps added after I synced my tracker with app in IOS!? I deleted my app and created a new account, also did a factory reset on my tracker. Took 18 steps then tried to sync to see what would happen, popped up as 28 on the app! I haven't used the tracker or app in about 6 months but all was working perfectly at that time. 😕

@Nicole611 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems weird that your Dashboard adds more steps after you sync your Surge. Since you have reset your tracker and installed the newest software, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out.
