I started an exercise manually in my iOS app so I could see the map and my distance and it will not sync. This happened the one other time I tried using the app this way. I thought perhaps there was an issue with the servers at that time, however it has now happened again. I have the most recent version of Fitbit 2.23 (517). I have killed the app and restarted and tried to sync and nothing is working. I attached photos of what it says. Any ideas??

Exactly this same issue for me, I recognize your screen captures, thank you. I've been having this happen for every exercise that I log on the iOS app if it goes more than 1h30m. If I keep on trying to sync the workout, sometimes weeks later, it finally registers - the longer the exercise duration, the more times I have to repeatedly hit that pink bar, trying to sync the exercise. I would estimate that on one file, I hit the pink bar, maybe 30-40 times over the course of 2 weeks and incredibly, it finally synced, but more recent logs have not yet synced. Exercises under an hour sync up right away as one would expect. Sadly, some of the long duration logs are the really important ones that I want all my stats on right away. So FitBit, what's going on? I updated my app last week with "bug fixes", this bug is not fixed.

@SunsetRunner @bauerej @moycd It's great to see you all in the Community and welcome! Seems odd that your exercises are not being logged even though you have tried many times to sync them. A new app version has been released recently. I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version for iOS (2.25). Once this has been installed, try to sync an exercise as test one more time and check out if the issue has been resolved.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around!

Thanks, but I pretty much solved this problem a long time ago by completely deleting the app and all data, and then re-installing it. I still occasionally have to try more than once to sync an exercise (especially if it is a long one), but it usually works after the 2nd or 3rd try.

@bauerej So glad to hear that you resolved the issue. Thanks for keeping me updated. Since you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, keep using the feature for the next week and the problem should be fixed. If it doesn't, let me know.
I'll be around if more questions arise in the meantime my friend!
