Stats disappeared on app

Half my stats have disappeared from the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, unsynched my charge 3 and re synched it and no change. How do I fix this?

I am sorry to hear half of your stats have disappeared from the app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you're able to add stats by following the steps from this help article: How do I add stats to the Today tab in the Fitbit app?

Hey fitbit

 

YOUR SERVICE STOPPED WORKING. MULTIPLE threads of people reporting this data loss. I am one of them.  Please stop with the ridiculous canned nonsense. Half my day’s exercise data was deleted

Hey thanks for for responding. Just as of this afternoon the ability to add the stats came back so I am not sure what happened.
