Step Streak Banner Disappeared

I'm having the same problem described in this post.

However, I have a different device (Versa) and I'm on IOS instead of Android.

 

My step streak updated every day for like 72 days. It was super motivating! Absolutely loved this feature and it really got me moving even if I didn't feel like it! Then like 1 week ago the banner just stopped appearing even though I've continued hitting my step goal every day. I've logged out of the app, restarted the phone, but still not there. I don't even see the streak recorded on the web-based dashboard. 

 

Hope there is a way to bring this back! Appreciate any help. Thanks.
