Hi,
I am trying to use my iPhone 6 as a MobileTrack device on the Fitbit app. I am able to set up my device, and the app appears to sync successfully, but my step count remains at 0. I am able to log in to the Health app and see that my phone is registering steps.
I have ensured the Fitbit app has access to Motion & Fitness in my phone's privacy settings.
I have also ensured that Motion & Fitness, Background App Refresh, and Cellular Data are all toggled on under the Fitbit app in settings.
I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, logging our and back in, and rebooting the phone.
I'm stumped. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any thoughts on what else to try?
I am on iOS version 10.2 and Fitbit app version 2.30 (619).
Thanks!

Hello @Lesli1013, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community!
Thanks for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this point, I would like to suggest removing MobileTrack from your account, then forceclose the Fitbit app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. After that, open the app again and setup MobileTrack again.
Itf this doesn't seem to do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've perfomed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
Give it a try and let me know the outcome.
