I have less than 600 steps left to complete my solo challenge. But it's showing as 8,000 steps left. It used to count properly but now it clearly does not.

Hi, I hope someone can help,

Today I started the NYC group adventure.  I have over 58,000 steps but I have not reached the finish line. I have synced, but still not at the finish line.  My tracker also states only 19 miles, which has to be wrong. I have the latest IOS update and I am using a Blaze.  I am quite undone by the whole event.  This may well be the end of the Blaze for me.  My tracker has not run out of charge!!!

Thanks for any help you can give here, I am very upset.

Hello @Hareira, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to see you around. Robot Happy

When did you start experiencing this issue? Have you restarted your Blaze lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If after that the information about the Adventure Race has not updated, please try the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping it up. If that doesn't seem to do the trick:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hi there,

I started experiencing this a couple of weeks ago.

I have done all your recommendations.  I have not joined a group challenge to see if this did the trick, I will start one today and keep you posted.  I sincerely hope this works!!!

Thanks,

S. Wingo

Still exists.  My tracker/dash is different to the one displayed on the board in challenges.  It's not due to a time zone difference.  I'm giving up, it's just the way it is it seems.  😞
