Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
