Steps decreasing in Fitbit app.

I have a Surge and I’ve set my step goal as 15,000 and I noticed my step counter for the day was at 14,961......an hour later it was at 14,510.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Hello @James2011, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Do you have MobileTrack set up in your account? Do you have any other tracker other than a Surge in your account? If not, it's possible the app is not updating the information synced with our servers correctly, in which case I would like to suggest the following:

• Force-quit by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. 
• Log out from the app and log back in.
