Let me help you get your Fitbit app to show the information.

 

I have moved your thread to the iOS dashboard as it is much better suited for your questions. 

 

Please check this article talking about the tiles on the Dashboard. That could be the issue. If that is not it, please take a screen shot of what you see on the app and then post it as a reply.
