Steps missing after setting up a new device.

Synced a new device to my account (the blaze) today after getting over 19,000 on my flex and now my steps have disappeared and I'm only at 1,200 what happened how do I get that ode steps back?

Did you sync your Flex before setting up your new device? Please remember that we recommend syncing your old device first before setting up a new one or replacing the existing one as the steps might get deleted if they haven't been synced before. At this point, my recommendation would be logging an manual activity in order to add your steps to your count.
