Steps not Syncing

For the last few weeks (since the App update), the app fails to recognise some of the step hours completed even though the watch shows them as completed. I have had at least one step hour ignored for 12 out of the last 20 days!

I have rebooted both phone and Fitbit Charge 6, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve switched off and on Bluetooth and forced sync numerous times and yet the app continues to say I missed hours that my Fitbit shows as completed. 

What more can I do as this is infuriating and demotivating

Hi @Runaway_Nan - yes this is extremely annoying, unfortunately there is nothing you can do as it is an unresolved server side issue that occurs randomly and has been ongoing for a long time. It keeps happening.

This has been an almost daily occurrence for the last two weeks and more than one missed on some days - that is not random anymore. I’m not the only one…

@Paul_mack  and  @Labelbda  are having the same issue
