My Fitbit is not syncing with Workweek Challenges. I got 19,000 steps in a day and it only counted 8000. There is no manual login and it is all based on my Blaze count. I contacted support several times and told the same story that Engineers are working on it. It is so frustrating because I am using this for weight loss and to challenge myself with my friends yet I always come in last place because it doesn't sync properly. I am fed up!

We really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and indeed, they're currently working towards resolving this issue affecting steps in challenges. This does not solve my problem and my patience is wearing thin. This is now going on almost a month.
