Thanks for letting me know about this issue, I appreciate you have already updated the app. Tell me, which tracker/watch are you currently using? Since when have you experienced this situation? Is the issue only affecting steps or any other data as well? Finally, would it be possible for you to send me some screenshots of the days you're missing steps? That will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what should we do next.
