Steps not syncing

For last 2 days, I'm getting some syncing but some steps aren't showing on the dashboard. They do show on the daily chart. Right now my Charge HR says 3557 and my dashboard says 178.  Yesterday I wore a Flex and had the same problem.

Hey there @smj34

 

Try logging out of the app, reboot your mobile device and log back in. I also recommend whenever you're switching between trackers to do a last sync before switching, this will help to avoid loosing steps data.

I had done that a couple of times. I talked to support and they told me it is a known issue.
