Yesterday and today all of a sudden when I sync it’s not syncing steps. It shows calories, but steps. Does anyone know why it would do this, and how to change it back?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend manually syncing your tracker by following the steps in How do I manually sync my tracker or watch? If you don't see the steps tile in the app, you can add the tile by following the instructions in How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?

It doesn’t work. My Fitbit will not pair up with my phone’s Bluetooth. I’ve tried rebooting several times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still won’t pair up. Is there a way to contact FitBit? They used to have a chat feature.
