A few friends and myself are competing in a workweek hustle challenge. All of a sudden today no one is able to sync their steps to the challenge. Individual steps are tracking, but we are all unable to sync to the challenge. All were syncing fine until 9 hours ago. What’s the issue?

I have been having the same issue over the last 9 hours. I checked for a fix and it was suggested to force close and logout from the app but no challenge update yet. I have also logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. This has to be a software issue. I hope Fitbit corrects it soon.
Same, and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. My friends and myself had to quit the challenge and be re-invited so our steps would sync to the Workweek hustle

That's the response i got on live chat from fitbit.
Not understanding why there is such an issue & no update or notification.
