A few friends and myself are competing in a workweek hustle challenge. All of a sudden today no one is able to sync their steps to the challenge. Individual steps are tracking, but we are all unable to sync to the challenge. All were syncing fine until 9 hours ago. What’s the issue?

Same here. I’ve reset my FitBit logged out and back into the app and turned off and back on my Bluetooth and it still won’t sync the workweek hustle

I have been having the same issue over the last 9 hours. I checked for a fix and it was suggested to force close and logout from the app but no challenge update yet. I have also logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. This has to be a software issue. I hope Fitbit corrects it soon.

Same, and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. My friends and myself had to quit the challenge and be re-invited so our steps would sync to the Workweek hustle

My 3 coworkers and I are also having the same problem. I even re-downloaded the app and restarted my phone and it still doesn’t work.

I quit the challenge, started a new Workweek Hustle, invited the same members, and everything synced up from the beginning of the week so far. That’s the closest fix I’ve found.
