My flex stopped updating steps last evening. Is syncing, connected and battery is fully charged.

If your Flex is not updating steps, I would like to sugges performing an accuracy test:
If the count is greater or significantly lower than 100, please contact our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've perfomed so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
