Still can not view “All my contacts”

I have followed the instructions on how to add friends to a challenge, but most are still not showing u!

Hello @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if you are able to see your regular friend list. Note that is require to add your friends either from your contact list or your Facebook account first, in order to invite them to participate in challenges.

 

I had a similar conversation with another user and we found the friends were not showing to send invites, since the contacts stored in the phone had no email registered. In order for your friends appear in your app is require to save your contact's email address too.

Some contacts that have email addresses do not appear!

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thank you for keep me posted. In this case make sure the email address stored in your contacts is the same listed in their Fitbit accounts. Some users may use different domains to register the Fitbit account.

 

Also I'm wondering if you have tried to enter manually their email addresses to send the request? This might be a workaround if you are not able to see your friends from the contact list.
