These have been issues for close to two years now. Prior to the terrible revamped Fitbit app, we could easily change the exercise type if the device auto tracked it incorrectly. For instance, recognizing an “aerobic workout” that was actually CrossFit. No big deal, easy to edit. Not anymore! Furthermore, exercises either auto or manually tracked through the device can’t be edited. The device often miscalculates my walking and running distance, but I have no way to change it! I can only adjust the start and end times of the exercise. How is that helpful? It’s not.
I noticed a post in a previously closed thread from an android user who commented in the iOS app, and it looks like all is well on their end! The photos he included show the ability to edit all data in an exercise.
So, the iOS users are STILL waiting on the ability to 1) edit details for tracked exercises and 2) change an exercise type. Why has it taken so long to fix these things and bring back previous features that were stupidly removed from the new app? What are you guys doing over there?
