For the math (and apparently software challenged) designers at Fitbit, that adds up to EIGHT months. That is ridiculous.
Are you all waiting for the one year anniversary to resolve this problem? If so, please be so kind as to let your customers know. Some of us may want to start counting down the days until Fitbit starts to stand behind its product.

I'm running iOS 10.0.2, and my Fitbit app is up-to-date.
This has been a continuous issue. I used to be able to log my stationary bike activity using the app, then one day I couldn't. Just like that: it worked and then it didn't work. That I only have this problem with the stationary bike activity is particularly perplexing.

@Browndog Are you still experiencing the same problem after the iOS App update that was released yesterday? If so, I'd recommend:
1. Logging out of the Fitbit App.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Double check to make sure that you have a strong internet connection.
4. Log back into the Fitbit App.
5. Manually log an activity or exercise.
Hope this helps you out!

With the update, I still cannot get my stationary bike minutes to synch.
I'm getting the same old boring error message. But now, to stir things up
a bit (apparently), the update (that I installed this morning) has cost me
the ability to synch exercise loaded to the app back to the app. In other
words, my yoga minutes show up as synched, but do not show on my dashboard.
Gotta love any product where the updates make matters worse rather than
better. Do you all stay awake nights dreaming this **ahem** up?

So, because I aim to be open-minded and fair, I followed your suggested steps, DerrickFitbit, and golly. Big surprise. Nothing changed.
In fact, I am now unable to load TWO different activities from my iPhone app: time spent on the Stationary Bike, and now time spent doing Yoga. There is a small difference though. I get an error message (fail to synch) when I try to log Stationary Bike minutes. The Yoga activity "LOOKS" like it has synched, but it does not show up on the Fitbit dashboard - whether viewed on the web or on the iOS app.
