You need to go in the fitbit app and pair it

Best AnswerI have also done all the suggested tips to get my Charge 2 working, and despite numerous attempts, it is still not working!!!
I have to have my phone on silent during work hours, as so do many other people, so rely on my Fitbit to alert me of any calls or messages.
Please please can you get this fixed ASAP!!!!
Best AnswerWondering if there has been any progress made on this issue? I prefer not to have to change the notification settings on my phone to enable them on locked screen (did not have to on previous ios verisons). Also, when I place a call my fitbit starts vibrating constantly stating there is an incoming call which is incorrect. I've actually stopped wearing my Blaze because the functionality issues with the app/notifications are bothering me enough. Please resolve.
Same here... I have texts and calls notifications now on my Blaze if I choose "Show Previews> When unlocked" but my Blaze keeps vibrating after I pick up a call and even vibrates when I call someone...

Did you try uninstalling the Fitbit from your phone and then adding the device again?
I did that and then tried the steps that were suggested

Best AnswerFollowing all the steps provided by Fitbit, setting up the watch from scratch, Managed to finally get mine working using the ‘show preview’ option in the IPhone setting but with the option to show previews only when phone is unlocked so won’t show the preview if locked, more private. Good luck and hope it works for you.

Best AnswerNone of these suggestions work. I think Fitbit might have to do an update that we can get through the App Store. It’s very annoying
Best AnswerI’ve only had mine for like 2 weeks and this update has messed up texts. Everything else is working fine, just no text notifications.
Tried uninstalling the app twice, still nothing.
