Hello,
Thank you for working on this issue. I noticed in the Troubleshooting suggestions it states to have all the notifications turned to Always or When Unlocked for showing previews. I have never had Previews enabled for my messages and used to receive notifications from Fitbit prior to the iOS 13 update. Are you working on fixing this issue to where I do not have to have Previews enabled? Thank you!

I have done all the things listed here however I am still being told my bluetooth is not connected, but it is, and my Versa lite will not sync. What else can I do.

I have the Inspire HR and since the IOS update on my IPad, my Inspire will not sync. It keeps telling me to turn my Bluetooth on. However, my Bluetooth is on and connected to my Fitbit. I tried all of the steps to correct it listed above but it still will not work. Soooo frustrated with this ! Has anyone had the same problem ?

I have an android, don't remember updating anything and have not received any notifications for at least a week. I have tried all the "fixes" suggested in every forum I can find and still nothing. All I have now is a watch that tracks my steps but sure wouldn't have intentionally spent that much money for a pedometer. Extremely frustrating as this is a replacement for my original purchase almost exactly 1 year ago that quit working 6 months ago. Seems to be a trend for me that they only work for 6 months. Going shopping for something that works.

Please consider making the text notification work without the preview having to be on. I hate people being able to read my messages on my phone screen. It worked before, and I am really hoping you guys can get back to that.

I just went to my settings, notifications, messages, show previews, I then changed it to when unlocked (Default). This worked for me.

I'm STILL having problems with my fitbit syncing to moto z Droid. Used to work flawlessly. Since June, I have to turn Bluetooth off then on multiple times for zip to show up. It will then say pairing unsuccessful. However, then it "might" sync. Today I had about 4000 steps. Decided to see if it was registered on my app and this time, it synced and deleted my steps please fix.
