In my settings, Bluetooth. When I click on the info icon for Fitbit, it only gives me the option of “forget this device” or “disconnect”.
your instructions say there should be “share system notifications” button to turn on or off. Not on mine. I have a new iPhone 11. I’ve tried shutting down and restarting. No luck. Please help.

This has been going on long enough! Either fix the problem or offer upgrades. You don’t advertise a product as being able to receive text notifications and then not rectify a problem when it comes up. We have all tried the trouble shooting tips!
You’re going to lose A LOT of loyal customers!

How did you get it to work?

Absolutely positively horrible. I’ve done every suggestion. Every step outlined. Not only am I not getting my text messages to my Fitbit, I’m getting notified when I make an outgoing phone call?! I’m the one that placed the call, so why do I need a notification! I was there! LOL. Awful addition to the update. But most importantly, not getting text messages to my Fitbit is problematic. I’m in a job where I can’t have my phone out all the time. Fitbit showed me if it was an important text or not.

My phone just updated to IOS 13 and now my Charge 3 isn't even able to be found by bluetooth so I can't connect to the app at all.
Is this also being addressed?

Having the same issue and getting increasingly frustrated, I am also having the constant vibration which is killing my battery and I haven't even bothered to wear it today. I have tried every suggestion and nothing works, my Charge 3 is currently useless

The failure to see the notifications started long before the advent of iOS 13, I have sometimes received the notifications off and on, (mostly off), since the 10th June this year when I had a Charge 2, upgrading to a Charge 3 in July.
The ‘Notifications / Messages page’, (accessed via the envelope symbol on the Charge 3), appears to be frozen from the 10th June with approx 30 notifications showing with no means of deleting them.
As I have said before I suspect that the problem lies within the Fitbit App itself as I have spoken with a few users who have the same status on their Fitbit Charge 2, again since the 10th June, one or two also have GPS problems where the tracking stops shortly after setting off and no email advising of ‘low battery status’.
We have all downloaded the latest updates to the app, (two since June, might be three), and that’s when the problems started in my opinion.
The app maintenance/ development team really can’t ignore this as it is too much of a coincidence on the update release which was before the iOS 13 update.
I can only imagine that the failure to identify and fix the problems within the app will benefit the other suppliers of trackers, watches etc, Apple springs to mind.....

Hours spent trying to fix but it finally works. Heres what worked
1) I deleted the app from my iphone with ios13 and downloaded the newest app on my phone.
2) Plugged the Charge 2 into my laptop USB port with the charging cradle.
3) Restarted the fitbit (while plugged into my laptop) Hold side button down until the logo appeared.
4) Located the Bluetooth setting in my phone settings which showed my Charge 2 and chose "Forget this device" to remove it.
5) Restarted my iphone.
6) Added the fitbit as a new device following the directions to pair it. Entered the pairing code. When it showed up on my devices list I checked to see that notifications were on. Somehow it worked. Probably not the exact instructions for it worked. For now. Good luck..shouldn't be this hard
I think the best thing is to completely delete anything associated with it from the laptop and the phone and start over. And I didn't lose any data from the previous months.
