Under settings, Bluetooth, and the “i” button next to my devices name, the only option is to forget this device. If you turn off Bluetooth here, and turn it back on, this is where you will get the option to pop up "Share System Notifications"

Best AnsweriOS 13 iMessage/text messages don’t work with both my Versa and Charge 2. Both are at latest firmwares.
Everything else aka WhatsApp, telegram, twitter and what not works.
PLEASE FIX THIS FITBIT 💔
Best AnswerYikes @lalex
Sadly I’m seeing this same issue plastered all over the community threads. I’ve read through some trying to find a solution and I haven’t as of yet. (It all seems to come after the iOS 13 update)
If did find this:
If you're having trouble receiving notifications and you updated your iPhone or iPad to iOS 13:
1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
3. Turn on Share System Notifications.
😃 Please let me know if this is an accepted solution
Best AnswerTEMPORARY FIX:
Go to Message notifications> Show preview > Always on/When Unlocked.
It will ring to your watches. Till Fitbit fixes this, this will suffice
Best AnswerWorked for me, no restart, was to do with notifications settings, don’t understand why not working for some people but the problem definitely lies in notifications settings either on phone or Fitbit, I’ve got a blaze and my mate has a charge 3 and my solution fixed both
