Nothing is working on mines. It was everything working before the update, then once it updated the text messages was working only, and now it is nothing. Just like a regular watch.
Best AnswerI have successfully followed your instructions multiple times including checking all settings related to notifications, etc.
The issue that remains is that my Alta HR does NOT stay connected to Bluetooth to my iphone 11 pro.
Help?
Best AnswerIs there any sort of time frame for when this will be fixed? I have a charge 3 and none of the troubleshooting is working. Getting text notifications is one of the main uses I get from the device so if you could keep us posted on when there will be a fix that would be appreciated. Thanks
Update: Mine's still working with the Show Previews on but it does disconnect randomly during the day where I have to re-sync the bluetooth and re-sync the Fitbit app.
Very disappointing the developers did not get ahead of this during the developer beta.
Best AnswerI have the Fitbit Versa and are not getting no notifications on it at all. I have tried everything more than one time.
Best AnswerMy Fitbit Charge 3 is buzzing furiously and the screen is jumping around. I wore it swimming earlier and it was fine and tracked my exercise. However half an hour later it started this. I have recharged it as the battery was low and no change. I lost notifications about 3 months ago. Having read other people’s problems I see I am not alone. Mine worked perfectly for the first 6 months.
I have an iPhone.
Best AnswerI have an android and have tried all suggestions. My message preview is on and I do not lock my screen. Can you help please

Best AnswerWill there be a way to have it so I don’t have to have message previews on on the phone - I like seeing it on my Fitbit but hate that I need to also have this on my texts on my phone. I never had to do this with the old iOS (ie pre iOS 13) - I could keep my message previews to never and still get the notifications on my Fitbit (charge 2)
