I keep having issues all the time. Today, my watch says I've done 11k and my phone app says 0 steps as the bluetooth can't find the device!
Best AnswerBought an Apple Watch because it’s just not with the headache. So glad I did and I already feel bad for whoever buys my Versa because Fitbit clearly wants to lose all their customers.
Best AnswerStill not working for me on my versa 😞
Best AnswerI did a factory reset on my iPhone and everything is back to normal. The Bluetooth connection works, my Fitbit synchs and I’m receiving all my notifications.
Best AnswerGlad you've sorted the problem. I can't seem to fix mine. Watch is sometimes found by my phone Bluetooth and other times not but it can't pair with it. Android system.
Best AnswerI'm beginning to wonder if it's a ploy to make me upgrade my watch as I believe they no longer sell the Alta HR. Santa already has my Christmas wishlist though and a new Fitbit isn't on it!
Best AnswerTried all the suggestions. Getting notifications but not text messages. I give up. Only had the Versa since February. When I replace it I will get an Apple Watch. It has fall detection and since I am a senior I like that feature. It does not have the sleep monitoring but I can give it up.
I’ve updated to the new iSO and have the same problems even after following the instructions provided. I was reading through everyone else’s posts and changed my text preview settings to ALWAYS and that did in fact restore notifications back to my Fitbit Versa 2 but.......I shouldN’t have to do this! I would like for this to be fixed as I hate having text previews on my phone.
So I am a Luddite and do not understand what is the problem. I can’t login to my Fitbit account consequently I can not reset my Fitbit watch. I need to talk to a human not a **ahem** computer that I have no clue about!
Best AnswerHave a Versa 2 which worked perfectly for 1st week and now since new ios update will not show any notifications. Really annoyed considering this version has only been out for 2 weeks! Seems as it £200 has been wasted as doesn’t do what it should do!
I am also having this problem. I solved the issues with text messages by turning "Show Preview - Always on" in my phone settings, and choosing message notifications to "Notification center" on. However, I don't have other apps like SnapChat or email. I am also having problems with the weather app. It asks me to synch the app, which I've done. Still no weather.
Can anybody help me? I reset my Fitbit Versa 2 to factory settings but now can’t pair with my iPhone 11! Should I delete my Fitbit account and start over?
