Fitbit just did an update to the app but still no luck with me (I have the blaze). Really bummed this still isn’t working. None of the troubleshooting tips work for me and I’m not switching my text preview to on. This worked fine before the iOS update... Do they want me to switch to Apple Watch!? Cuz I’m about to! LOL
I have two Fitbits- a Charge 2 and a Charge 3. I liked the charge 2, except I could not take water aerobics with it, so I bought a charge 3. I cannot start exercise manually with it, as it detects your exercise after so many minutes. If I exercise less than that- it does not record it. I can record shorter times on the Charge 2, so I like to switch between the two. I bought the famed iSO13, and It will only recognize one of the Fitbits at a time. I now cannot get the Charge 3 to show up in Bluetooth. I don't see a place on dashboard to add it.

Best AnswerWHen you say "notifications" are you talking about imessages and phone calls. If that is the case I don't have that problem. My problem is my Fitbit Versa stopped syncing with the fitbit app on my phone once I updated to iOS 13. Tech support determined my versa was defective and since it was out of warranty I had to purchase a new versa. I purchased a Versa lite from fitibit and it too is having the same problem. It drops connection to the fitbit app continuously. None of these problems occurred until I upgraded to iOS 13. (Now 13.1.1.)
Best AnswerI’m in exactly the same boat - I just don’t believe it can be a hardware issue when it occurred directly after two software updates...
Best AnswerNot ideal but best option is to revert back to 12.4.1 until fitbit fixed the issue. Luckily I have backup prior to ios 13 and was able to restore to 12.4.1 using the ipsw file and restore from backup.
Best AnswerI’ve updated the Fitbit app via the App Store and it’s all working
make sure u update it
sync it and it will work
Best AnswerWhat version Fitbit are you now using. I am on 3.6.1 (868)
Best AnswerWell... about 10 seconds after I posted I was on version 3.6.1 (868) I got a popup stating version 3.7 was available.
Best AnswerI’ve updated via App Store, and still nothing. I’ve checked all notification settings, followed their trouble shooting suggestions, made sure everything was synced and I even deleted the app and reinstalled and still having problems. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Best Answer3.7 doesn't work either as I updated it this morning. No fixes as of yet. I also had an iPhone update again this morning with no fix to the issue between iPhone and Fitbit.
