Best AnswerUnfortunately I did - they told me I would have to wait for the issues to be fixed - basically I've done everything they can think of and it still won't connect
Best AnswerCurious which Fitbit you have. I have also followed it step for step and still not getting text messages. Phone call and alerts, but that's it. Thank you!!
Best AnswerI have the Versa - this is actully my 4th Fitbit Product and the first time I've ever had issues. But it is super annoying. I was still getting call and text notifications up until yesterday - now I get nothing and my time keeps getting more and more off - I'm at 16 minutes slow right now so using my alarm is also out of the question

Best AnswerWell feel well let down as looks like we might never get message alerts back as this is the reply I got from Fitbit support on Twitter....

Best AnswerThat is what I have done. I use my Apple Watch now. Very discouraged with Fitbit right now
Considering I’ve had to trade in my charge 3 twice already for glitches, and the heart rate monitoring is barely accurate anymore (previous models were spot on to my chest strap monitor, even during exercise) the only reason I’ve really kept it is for a glorified watch that gives me text notifications. Can I just get a refund already?
