Just wanted you to know you continue to have this issue. It’s now October 6 and the problem has not been resolved. (Following all of the recommendations ) I held off updating to iOS 13 because of this. Honestly - at this point - the notification feature is 75% of the reason I continue you use my Alta - if it is not resolved soon I will likely stop using it.

The factory reset may not last; I did that last night and again this morning. it worked for awhile, but when I checked this morning after looking at this board, I discovered that my fitbit iwas no longer synced to my phone; I get "device not found"

I was just going to do another factory reset when I noticed that my device was syncing with my phone again. Hopefully this will stay this way.

Sadly my Charge 3 is again not syncing with my phone. It is very frustrating. I am less concerned about notifications. It's now 2:38 EDT and this has been going on since last night.
