Nothing other than what I had first posted. It’s been an all day struggle.

Same here. I've tried everything--restarted my phone multiple times, restarted my Fitbit, disconnected it, paired it again, verified that everything is syncing, etc. Everything else seems to be coming through except for text messages.

The IOS update has completely ruined my Fitbit! Nothing will sync and still cannot get any notifications! Please advise! I also have a call in to fit bit and still no phone call back to resolve the problem!

I was finally able to fix this by linking my text messages with my Apple ID & phone number. Under messages in settings on my phone it only had my phone number. Once I linked my Apple ID & phone number it linked. Hope this helps!

seriously considering getting apple watch now! although I don't like they are so bulky but will work better for sure! I mean why can't fitbit communicate with it's customers and let us know what is going on. It seems so horrible this happened but also on top of that for some people side fixes work and for others they don't. but they have time to send emails about other products for sale!

Well mine doesn’t even work now. The screen is plane black. I updated the new version and about a day after the screen turned black but I could still feel the vibrations of the notifications. The steps I do don’t work, neither do the minutes km etc...Can I do something about this??
