Stopped seeing sleep cycles and score

Hello, after the second night of using my FitBit Versa 2 while sleeping I got a notification saying I would be seeing sleep cycles and a sleep score from now on. Which I have seen for the last couple of nights now but this morning I woke up and checked my app and the data had been converted to the old way without cycles and a score.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Yes, making sure the strap was securely on my wrist resolved the problem and it is now reporting my sleep cycles every night. Thank you!
