I travel across time zones quite frequently and usually everything works fine with the app and the Charge 4 that I wear.
This time however things aren't working as expected.
I traveled from Spain (CET/UTC+1) to Portugal (UTC) and everything worked as expected.
I they flew to Barbados (AST/UTC-4). The Charge 4 displays the correct local time. However, there are two other issues:
- The app refuses to change time zones from UTC. (Account->App Settings->Time Zone). It's set to auto and that usually works. If I turn that off and manually try to set it to Americas/Barbados it immediately resets to UTC, even when the "auto" is turned off. Nothing will convince to set the time zone correctly.
- The start/end times on all exercises are correct BUT sleep/wake times are displaced by 4 hours. If I go to bed at 21:30 and wake up at 5:00, it registers that as 17:30 and 00:00 respectively.
Very odd to have just one section of the system be off by 4 hours. It's more of an annoyance than critical but would like to get it fixed.
