I've had my blaze for about 3 weeks. I love it but have noticed the last couple of days I can not get my iPhone6 and blaze to connect. They have been connecting up until about 2 days ago. Any suggestions

@SheriV -   I'm sorry no one has responded. Allow me to make a suggestion. I have an iPhone6 and a Blaze. Occationally, bluetooth seems to disconnect. Here is what has worked for me:

  •  Power your iPhone down completely. To do this:
    • Press and hold the botton at the right of the phone until you see "Slide to Power Off"
    • Slide the button.
    • Wait a minute or two then press that same button again until the Apple logo appears. The phone will power back up.
  • Restart your Blaze. Here are the steps:
    • Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
    • Let go of the buttons.

At this point, try syncing your Blaze to the iPhone again. This has always worked for me. Please let me know if it works for you.

@SheriV Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried the solutions @SunsetRunner suggested? Did them work for you? You can also try these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices (follow @SunsetRunner's steps), it should work properly after doing this.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
