@SheriV - I'm sorry no one has responded. Allow me to make a suggestion. I have an iPhone6 and a Blaze. Occationally, bluetooth seems to disconnect. Here is what has worked for me:
At this point, try syncing your Blaze to the iPhone again. This has always worked for me. Please let me know if it works for you.

@SheriV Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried the solutions @SunsetRunner suggested? Did them work for you? You can also try these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices (follow @SunsetRunner's steps), it should work properly after doing this.
