Surge & Iphone Syncing

About 3 weeks ago I started having issues syncing my Surge to my Iphone. Ive been in touch with Fitbit and tried everything they have suggested but still nothimg works. It was brought as a present and worked fine up until 3 weeks ago - its driving me insane - so any advice would be welcomed.

Welcome to the Community @Caine_Draper and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience. If these steps don't work, feel free to contact our support team one more time and tell the advocate what steps have you tried so far.
