Surge not consistent with syncing.

I've had my Surge for 13 days and it is synced to my iPhone 4s. At least 3 times I have had to reset my Surge as my phone can't find it to sync to. This is very frustrating - any tips to sort this please?

Welcome to the Community @Ginnyt. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your iPhone 4s, I recommend following the Syncing Troubleshoot. After these tips your tracker should sync properly.
