Sync issues continue

Had to search out the newest update, but still not syncing after finding and installing update. Tried all tips, none work. Only thing that works is adding new device (which is really still just my existing device). Syncs for that, but then after, nothing. Don’t know what to do next. Spoke with six different agents.

I would like to advise that our team is actively working on this issue, please keep an eye on the updates here. I appreciate your patience and understanding. Meanwhile, I recommend trying the following: go into your phone's Bluetooth menu > tap on the icon next to the Fitbit device > and Press Forget this device. After that re-open the Fitbit app and re bond your device.
