1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
4. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
5. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

Welcome to our Community @Betty3270! It's great to see you around! I'd like you to know that at the moment there's not an option to remove the calorie number from your tracker and Dashboard. The calorie burn estimate that Fitbit provides takes into account your BMR, the activity recorded by your tracker, and any activities you log manually. Your tracker's calorie count will reset each night at midnight and begin counting immediately thereafter. BMR is the reason your tracker starts the day with calories already burne you've still burned calories even if you haven't gotten out of bed yet.
