Having issues with my Fitbit syncing with my cellphone. It keeps saying loading but never sync

Mine is doing the same thing. I just updated the app today (9/12) and my new Charge2 came in the mail shortly after. Got it set up no problem and I t syncs just fine with my iPad, but I haven't updated that app yet. Tried to sync it on the phone, and it just keeps "Looking..."

That's what mine is doing to.  The flex is taking the charge but it's not syncing to my iPhone.  I've had it for a year and a half with no issues until a couple of weeks ago
