Synch tracker to MAC computer without dongle

Hi! Can I synch my tracker to my MAC computer without using a dongle? Just bought the Charge 2 watch today and a dongle is not provided in the box. If needed (as I dont' have a IOS or Android phone), does the dongle need to be specifically from Fitbit? I'm not quite sure where I can purchase this. Thank you!

Without knowing which model MAC you have it will be hard to say.

I do notice that you have all the tools at your disposal to answer your question.

The Charge 2 has a website listed on its face. Through the web on the MAC go to www.fitbit.com/setup this will direct you to the correct software for your system. 

Install the software and then do the setup of your tracker. Since you already have a Fitbit account, you'll choose, I have an account.

Hi....this worked for me. I synced my Fitbit to the iMac as my new phone Samsung J3 is not compatible. From my dashboard how do I then sync every night, I'm not sure how it happened. Thanks in advance.
