I can’t synchronize the watch with the blaze app (iOS) in a run. The cues work’s only if the training started on the app. But, if I do that, the clock does not assume the count, heart rate and other information. When I start the running in the clock, the app don’t synchronize and I have to run without the cues. Can someone help me? TK's.

My first thought is that the cues on the Blaze are a vibration and displayed, not audio.
When you start a rum with the Blaze, do you get the message phone not found?

It's nice to see you around the Community @henriquevilches , how's your day?
Hmmm..strange let me say. However, I'd recommend doing the following:
- Log out of your Fitbit App
- Force quit the App
- Restart your Blaze by following the steps that @SunsetRunner shares
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit App
Let us know if this does the trick, right @Rich_Laue?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

If your advice still doesn't work @MarreFitbit
Sometimes just going into the phones BT settings and telling it to forget the fitbit is enough.
The other thought would be to remove the fitbit app and install from fresh.
Other than these two i can't think of anything else to try.
Restarting the phone should clear any software lockups, shutting the phone off will clear any hardware and software lockups.
Logging out killing the app, logging back in forces the app to get a fresh update of the users settings and data.
Just turning off/on Bluetooth should restart the drivers, If it is not a hardware issue.
Anyway yes the measures listed are extreme but it should take care of whatever is causing the problem.
