Syncing Charge 2 with iPad whilst outside Uk

I normally since my Charge 2 with my phone but am not using phone whilst abroad. I've changed the time zone and tried to sync using app on iPad but no option to sync appears. So I can't sync and my Fitbit still shows GMT.

any help gratefully appreciated as am away for a while.....
