Syncing Fitbit from Andriod to iPhone

I switched from Android to iPhone (XR). The Bluetooth on the XR does not recognize my Charge 2. I have followed all instructions with no luck. I see XR is a compatible device but yet it's not working for me?! I wondered if it was my Bluetooth but I was able to link another device just fine.

Do you still have your Android phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new iPhone.

Yes, I still have the Android and did disconnect the Fitbit and Bluetooth.
