Syncing Problems & Call/Text Notifications

My Fitbit is having trouble syncing with my iPhone and I’m not getting any call or text message notifications even though they are turned on and even when synced with phone. Ideas?

Im sorry your having trouble syncing and getting messages. What version of iPhone do you have?

I am also having this problem after upgrading to iPhone XR.  Bluetooth shows synced, but time won’t update on Blaze after battery died.

I’m a bit confused because the original post is a syncing/notification issue. Are you having that issue as well? I see you have an iPhone XR which is compatible with the Fitbit App. Your time should update on the Blaze after you fully charge it again then sync it with your device. (Side note: make sure you no longer have your old phone paired with your Fitbit....I say this because you mentioned upgrading to another phone) If you find your still having trouble then I would suggest restarting your Blaze. I am having the same problem. I had not disconnected my old phone from my
Blaze, so I did that. But the syncing still does not work. I pull down
the page in the App and it circles for a few seconds and then goes back to
normal. Fitbit time still has 5:16 a.m. instead of actual time of 9:13 a.m.

Maybe you need to check your timezone settings in the Fitbit app. Look here:

open Fitbit App

tap profile picture on upper left

scroll down and tap advanced settings

make sure timezone is correct

now sync your Blaze
