Hi @ConfusedBunny  your husband has a wonderful wife! I'm moving this over to the iOS area of the forum so you can get more relevant responses. There is more information about this glitch in that area. Fitbit is aware of this and is working on a solution. I checked and his phone is on the compatible list. Thanks for coming here.

@ConfusedBunny  this is a huge forum with so many areas to explore. Click on the link in my signature. There are forum areas for people sharing breakfast recipes (warning: don't go there if you haven't eaten!) and tips on activities and so much more. It might have something you and your husband will like, too.
