the last sync my alta says is 8 AM this morning- it shows the correct amount of steps but nothing else?
I have tried restarting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off, and killing app and restarting several times?
Moderator Edit: Edited post title.

@dorothymantooth Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, I would recommend making sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet and then force quitting and restarting the Fitbit iOS App.
You can force close the Fitbit App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and swipe up on the preview to close.
