the last sync my alta says is 8 AM this morning- it shows the correct amount of steps but nothing else?

I have tried restarting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off, and killing app and restarting several times?

@dorothymantooth Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, I would recommend making sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet and then force quitting and restarting the Fitbit iOS App.

You can force close the Fitbit App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and swipe up on the preview to close.

@Johnsonc16 Have you tried restarting your tracker? This could help you with your syncing trouble, click here for instructions.

Keep me posted!

I tried force quitting, restarting the phone, using pc, finally just deleted the app. When I went to the App Store to redownload it, miraculously there was a update to the app........works fine now.
